How We Started

We are Annette Brooks and Maureen Campbell, and we founded Nanny Whisperer Inc. because we know the complications that arise with a need for trustworthy, caring, and intuitive childcare.

Although our own children are no longer young we each had our own different struggles navigating through the stressful system of childcare. We realize that there still exists an overwhelming difficulty for families today.

So now, here we are to help your family!

Our standards are unwavering and the criteria begins with local recruitment of experienced, caring nannies so that we can bring you the peace of mind you need.

Contact us and one of our Placement Specialists will reach out to you shortly to learn more about your family’s needs and explain our agency’s process.

Up to Five Nanny Options

Once your family is comfortable to move forward, and our Placement Specialist has gathered your required information, we begin the search for your perfect nanny. We will provide your family access to up to five highly screened & pre-interviewed local nannies.

Pick & Meet!

Review your prospective nannies and choose to interview up to 5 of them. Upon request, we can provide you with a list of pre-designed questions. As an additional service, we offer a hiring package to help you navigate the formalities of your new relationship.

Our 3-Step Process

Personalized Nanny Care

Nanny Whisperer helps you get the very best in personalized nanny care. Our process starts with an assessment call where our Placement Specialists talk through your needs and requirements. Our Placement Specialists then proceed to shortlist the top potential Nannies based on those requirements and preferences, making sure to provide all the relevant information while doing so.

We then arrange interviews between parents and nannies, so that families have a chance to get to know their Nanny before agreeing for them to join their family. In addition, Nanny Whisperer checks references from previous employers and does background searches for further assurance.

With our help, families can find the Nanny of their dreams and enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing that their children are in excellent hands!
